Daily Morning Star is operated by World International Workforce Co., Ltd. (Registration No. 0105553122120), 33/223 Moo 1, Khlong Sam, Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani 12120, Thailand — the "Data Controller" under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

2What We Collect, and Why

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

We do not collect national ID numbers, your bank account numbers, passwords, or sensitive data under Section 26, and we never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3Data Retention Policy

Account data and date of birthFor as long as you use the service; deleted within 90 days after you request deletion or stop using the service
Chat history with the serviceUp to 1 year from the conversation date, then deleted or anonymized
Payment evidenceUp to 5 years, as required by accounting and tax law

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized. Data is stored on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted channels.

4Your Rights under the PDPA

As the data subject, you may — free of charge:

  • Access / obtain a copy of your personal data we hold
  • Correct your data (e.g. fix a mistyped date of birth)
  • Delete or destroy all of your data (the "right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to the processing of your data
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee

We act on verified requests within 30 days. If a case is unusually complex, we will tell you why and give a clear timeframe.

5Data Rights Request Form

Identity verification: to prevent anyone else from accessing or deleting your data, requests must be sent from the same LINE account you use with the service, quoting the date of birth registered with us. If the details don't match, we will contact you for additional verification before acting.

LINE has been opened with your request pre-filled — tap "Send" in the chat to submit it. We will respond within 30 days.

The LINE button opens a chat with @dailymorningstar with your request pre-filled — sending it from your own LINE account is the first step of identity verification. Nothing in this form is transmitted anywhere until you press send in LINE or in your email app.

6Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will announce them on this page and through our LINE account. Continued use of the service after a revised policy takes effect means you acknowledge the new version.
